This event is part of our Kinross Harvest Celebration - an annual event in Gibbston, Queenstown that celebrates the close of the wine industry's busiest time of year - the grape harvest. This festival brings together a range of events to celebrate the magic of the world of wine and the fine humans who spend their lives crafting and creating liquid gold.

Walking vineyard tour of five Gibbston vineyard sites, where some of Kinross and Wild Irishman's most loved wines are made.

Enjoy a chance to connect your favourite wine to its point of origin with this exclusive private vineyard tour, as we take you through five vineyards to showcase Gibbston's stunning terraced sites. You'll have the opportunity to walk amongst the vines, learn about the viticultural techniques used to create each of these wines and a you'll enjoy a sample of each of the fantastic wines they produce, right in the place where they were grown. Gary Crabbe is considered one of the most knowledgeable industry experts for our valley, having planted many of the vines himself over the last 25 years and manages most of the valley's vintages still now. You'll love hearing his stories and getting a real behind the scenes look at how the ebbs and flows of the season work each year in Gibbston, as we battle the high altitude elements to create such unique wines.

This tour will involve walking through active farmlands, please ensure you wear comfortable footwear and warm clothing.

To finish the tour, sit down to enjoy a sharing style lunch in the Bistro.
