Lovely perfumed nose of violet, wild herb, red currant and bramble. It is followed by a lush, richly textured mouthfeel, soft, tactile coverage with great persistence and flow.
2014 vintage presented us a long growing season allowing the fruit to ripen well and catch the best of the late autumn sun. Hawkshead Pinot Noir is aged for 11 months in French oak barrels with 25% new oak. Drinking beautifully now, and can be cellared for 5-7 years.
