The part of the vineyard where the pinot grapes are grown was planted in 1997. So pretty old for this region. The nose exhibits beautiful perfume with bright cherry, raspberry, baking spice and mushroom. The palate is beautifully layered with silky fine tannin, bright red fruit, wild herb spice and fresh acidity that gives the wine both power and length.
